THE ZARZAUR LAW FIRM

Based in Birmingham, Alabama - Representing Survivors Throughout the United States

OUR MISSION

At The Zarzaur Law Firm, our mission is to create a more fair and just world. Whether that's representing a victim of child sex abuse versus the abuser, a survivor of human trafficking against the trafficker, or any other innocent victim of harmful conduct, we are honored to help.

We have litigated many of the most influential social justice issues of our time. Some of our current and past litigation includes HUMAN TRAFFICKING, BACKPAGE.COM (an international online website guilty of sex trafficking), OPIOIDS, MINDGEEK / PORNHUB, LABOR TRAFFICKING, CHILD SEX ABUSE, PRISON REFORM, GUN VIOLENCE, SEXUAL ASSAULT, CRIME VICTIM RIGHTS, and CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS.

The Zarzaur Law Firm's commitment to social justice goes beyond the courthouse. We also work with survivors to champion changes needed to address gaps in the law that need expanding to enhance or protect victim rights and remedies. We pursue lawsuits and promote laws that provide protection against exploitation and discrimination. We know from experience that the most vulnerable members of our society are often targets for exploitation.

PRACTICE

AREAS

Anti Human Trafficking

Federal and various state laws provide survivors of human trafficking a right to pursue civil justice remedies.

Child Sex Abuse

The team at The Zarzaur Law Firm has represented many victims of child sex abuse. We are dedicated to exposing child sex predators and anyone that failed to act responsibly and reasonably to protect a vulnerable child from a predator.

Crime Victim

Most bad actors select the location to commit a crime because they believe that is the place they can get away with the crime. If a business failed to reasonably protect you or a loved one from a crime, The Zarzaur Law Firm is prepared to fight for justice and demand changes that will prevent similar crimes from occurring again. We hold businesses and organizations accountable for preventable crimes.

Personal Injury & Wrongful Death

Everyone that is injured through no fault of their own has a right to be compensated under the law for not only the injury and pain but also resultant damages such as lost income and medical bills.

Complex Litigation

We have experienced trial lawyers with a proven track record in complex cases. Our cases include work on some of today's most impactful litigation including the fight against the opioid industry.

Human & Civil Rights

The goal of our work in each and every case is to create a more just and fair world. Work on behalf of persons whose rights have been violated can inspire the transformation of social norms and play a critical role in making our shared world a better place for all.
